Seller Help Reports and Analytics
If you use Seller Help and upload order reports, Bhintika may process the report data to provide workspace features and private seller-performance analytics for platform administrators. Administrators may see your account email, store name, product names and SKUs, prices, units sold, and delivery, return, and RTO metrics. Buyer names, contact details, addresses, order IDs, and original report files are not included in the cross-seller analytics dashboard. The dashboard is restricted to authorized platform administrators and is not visible to other sellers.
