Where the invoice sits in a Meesho label PDF
The invoice sits below the shipping label on every page of a Meesho label PDF. The label is on the top part of the A4 page; the tax invoice starts with the heading "TAX INVOICE — Original For Recipient" and fills the rest of the page.
Because both are on one page, you cannot remove the invoice by deleting pages. The page has to be cut between the label and the invoice, and that is what cropping does.
How to remove the invoice from a Meesho label PDF
Removing the invoice takes five steps and works for a whole batch at once.
- Download the label PDF from the Meesho Supplier Panel and keep it as downloaded. If you are not sure where to find it, see how to download Meesho shipping labels.
- Open the free Meesho label crop tool and upload the PDF (up to 100 MB, 1,000 pages). It is read in your browser and is not uploaded to a server.
- Keep "Crop labels (remove invoice section)" selected. This is the option that takes the invoice out.
- Choose the paper size, for example "4″ × 6″ Thermal", and sort by SKU or Courier Partner.
- Click Preview Map to check that no invoice is left, then Generate Sorted PDF and print at 100% scale.

What happens to the invoice after cropping
After cropping, the invoice is left out of the new PDF, and your original file is not changed. The tool makes a second PDF with the labels only; the PDF you downloaded from Meesho still has every invoice.
Keep that original file. A simple habit is one folder per day with two files in it: the Meesho PDF as downloaded, and the cropped PDF you printed.
Do you still need the Meesho invoice
You still need the invoice for your records even when you do not print it. The tax invoice is the sale document for the order, so keep the original PDF for your accounts.
Whether a printed invoice has to go inside the parcel is decided by the packaging instructions Meesho gives its suppliers, and those can change, so check them in the Supplier Panel. If you do want the invoice printed, choose "Keep invoice (label + invoice together)" and print on A4. The labels are still sorted, and nothing is cut.
If part of the invoice is still showing
If part of the invoice is still showing under a label, the PDF was usually changed before it was uploaded.
- The PDF was opened and re-saved in another app, or printed to PDF: the text the tool looks for may be gone. Download the PDF again from the Supplier Panel and upload that file.
- The page is a scan or a photo of a label: there is no text to read. Use the original PDF.
- One page looks wrong in the preview: remove that group from the print order and print that order from a fresh download.
- The label is an exchange label: it has no invoice, so nothing is cut. The blank space below it is still trimmed.
After the invoice is removed
