How to Download Shipping Labels From the Meesho Supplier Panel

5 min read · Updated

To download Meesho shipping labels, log in to the Meesho Supplier Panel, accept your new orders, open the orders that are ready to ship, select them and download the label PDF. Meesho gives the labels as A4 pages with the tax invoice below each label, so crop the PDF before printing on 4x6 thermal labels.

Where Meesho shipping labels are downloaded

Meesho shipping labels are downloaded from the orders section of the Meesho Supplier Panel, the website where you manage your Meesho store. There is no separate label website and nothing to install.

A label exists only after you accept an order. New orders first wait for your confirmation; once you accept them they move to the ready-to-ship list, and that is where the label can be downloaded. Each label belongs to one order and carries the customer address, the courier, the barcode and the Product Details row with your SKU.

Meesho changes the panel layout from time to time, so the tab and button names on your screen may be a little different from what another seller describes. The order of the work stays the same: accept, download the label, pack, hand over.

How to download Meesho labels step by step

Downloading Meesho labels takes six steps, from logging in to saving the PDF.

  1. Log in to the Meesho Supplier Panel on a computer and open the orders section.
  2. Open the list of new orders that are waiting for you, check that you have the stock, and accept the orders you can ship.
  3. Open the list of orders that are ready to ship. The accepted orders are shown here.
  4. Select the orders you are going to pack now. You can select many orders together, so one download covers the whole batch.
  5. Use the label download option. Meesho makes one PDF with a page for every selected order.
  6. Save the PDF in a folder you can find again, for example one folder per day, and do not open and re-save it in another app.

What the downloaded Meesho label PDF contains

The downloaded file is an A4 PDF with one page per order, and each page has two parts.

  • Shipping label, on the top part of the page: the customer address, the courier, the barcode and a Product Details row with the SKU, size, quantity and colour.
  • Tax invoice, below the label: it starts with the heading "TAX INVOICE — Original For Recipient" and fills the rest of the page.
  • Exchange labels have no invoice under them.
  • The pages come in the order of your orders, so products and couriers are mixed.

How to print the downloaded Meesho labels on 4x6

To print the downloaded labels on 4x6 thermal paper, crop the PDF first, because a full A4 page does not fit a 4x6 label. Upload the file to the free Meesho label crop tool: it cuts the invoice away, sorts the labels by SKU or courier and gives you one print-ready PDF. The PDF is read in your browser and is not uploaded.

The full method is in our guide on how to crop Meesho shipping labels. If the printer is new, do the thermal label printer setup once before the first batch.

Checklist before the courier pickup

Before the pickup, check that every accepted order has a parcel and every parcel has the right label.

  • Count the printed labels against the number of orders you selected.
  • Look at the ready-to-ship list once more for orders that were cancelled after you downloaded the labels, and keep those parcels back.
  • Match the SKU, size and quantity in the Product Details row with the product in your hand before you seal the parcel.
  • Stick the label flat on the largest side of the parcel, with no tape over the barcode if the tape is shiny.
  • If the panel gives a manifest or pickup sheet for the day, download it and keep the copy the courier signs.

Meesho label download problems and fixes

Most Meesho label download problems come from the order status or from the browser, not from the label itself.

  • There is no download option for an order: the order is still waiting to be accepted, or it was cancelled. Accept it first.
  • Nothing happens when you click download: the browser may be blocking pop-ups or downloads for the panel. Allow them for the site, or try another browser.
  • The PDF has fewer pages than expected: some orders were not selected. Select them and download again.
  • The same order is printed twice: the label was downloaded in two batches. Stick only one label on the parcel and throw the other away.
  • The PDF is too big for the crop tool: the tool takes up to 100 MB and 1,000 pages at a time. Download the labels in two batches.

Frequently asked questions

Can I download Meesho labels on my phone?

If you can open the Meesho Supplier Panel on your phone, the label PDF is saved to the phone’s downloads folder. Printing a large batch is easier from a computer that is connected to the printer.

Why is there no label for my Meesho order?

A label is made only after you accept the order. If the order is still waiting for your confirmation, accept it first. A cancelled order has no label.

Can I download a Meesho label again after printing it?

Usually yes, as long as the order is still waiting for pickup in the Supplier Panel. Take care that only one label goes on each parcel.

In what format does Meesho give shipping labels?

As a PDF with A4 pages. Each page has the shipping label on top and the tax invoice for that order below it.

Do I need to download Meesho labels one by one?

No. Select all the ready-to-ship orders you are packing and download them together. You get one PDF with a page for each order.
