SKU Label Sorting: Pack Meesho and Flipkart Orders Faster
SKU label sorting means printing shipping labels grouped by product SKU, so all labels for one product come out together and your team packs one product at a time. You can also sort by courier partner so each pickup gets its parcels in one batch. Seller Help’s free label crop tool does both while it crops the labels.
What is an SKU on a shipping label
The SKU (stock keeping unit) is your own code for a product, such as "Karwa Chauth Thali Set 4". On a Meesho label it is in the "Product Details" row next to size, quantity and colour. On Amazon it is on the invoice page, next to the ASIN. The label crop tool reads it from there.
Why sort labels by SKU
- Pick each product once instead of walking back and forth.
- Fewer wrong products in the wrong box.
- Multi-quantity orders are easier to spot when similar orders are grouped.
How to sort shipping labels by SKU

- Upload your label PDF to the label crop tool.
- Under Sort Type choose SKU, then sort by SKU name or by number of labels.
- Check the SKU Order list, then Generate Sorted PDF.
