How to Crop Meesho Shipping Labels (4x6, With or Without Invoice)

Why Meesho labels need cropping

Each page of the Meesho label PDF has two parts: the shipping label (customer address, courier, barcode, product details) and the tax invoice ("TAX INVOICE — Original For Recipient") underneath it. If you print the page as it is, you use a full A4 sheet per order, and it will not fit a 4x6 thermal printer.

Cropping keeps only the label, so one order uses one 4x6 label. That is why sellers search for a Meesho e cropper, Meesho PDF crop or Meesho label cutter — they are all the same job.

How to crop Meesho labels in 4 steps

1. Download the label PDF for your ready-to-ship orders from the Meesho Supplier Panel.
2. Open the free Meesho label crop tool and upload the PDF (up to 20 MB, 200 pages). It is read in your browser and not uploaded to any server.
3. Keep "Crop labels (remove invoice section)" selected, choose "4″ × 6″ Thermal" as the paper size, and sort by SKU or courier partner.
4. Click Preview Map to check the labels, then Generate Sorted PDF and print it at 100% scale.

Some sellers want the invoice inside the parcel. Choose "Keep invoice (label + invoice together)" in the tool. Each full page is printed as it is, but still sorted by SKU or courier, so packing stays in order. Use A4 paper for this option — a full page shrunk onto a 4x6 label is too small to read.

Sort Meesho labels by SKU or courier before printing

Meesho labels come in the order of your orders, which mixes products and couriers. Sorting by SKU lets you pack one product at a time; sorting by courier lets you hand each pickup partner (Valmo, Delhivery, Shadowfax, Xpressbees and others) their parcels in one batch. Printer settings for Meesho 4x6 labels

1. Set the paper size in your printer settings to 4 x 6 inch (100 x 150 mm).
2. Print at 100% or "Actual size". Turn off "Fit to page" — scaling makes barcodes harder to scan.
3. Keep margins at zero or "None" if your print dialog offers it.
4. Print one test label and scan the barcode with your phone before printing the whole batch.

Common Meesho label crop problems

• Label looks tiny on 4x6: the full A4 page was printed. Make sure "Crop labels" is selected; wide labels are turned 90° so they fill the page.
• Barcode will not scan: the PDF was printed with "Fit to page". Print at 100%.
• Part of the invoice shows at the bottom: the PDF was changed before upload (for example re-saved from another app). Upload the original Meesho PDF.
• Exchange labels: they have no invoice; the tool still trims the blank space below the label.
