Flipkart shipping labels and invoices are downloaded from the orders section of the Flipkart Seller Hub, the seller panel where you manage your listings and orders. Both come in one PDF: Flipkart puts the shipping label and the tax invoice for an order on the same page.
A label is made when you process a new order. Until you generate the label, there is nothing to download. Flipkart changes the Seller Hub layout from time to time, so the tab and button names you see may differ, but the order of the work stays the same: generate the label, download the PDF, pack, mark the order ready and hand it over.
How to download Flipkart shipping labels step by step
Downloading Flipkart labels takes six steps, from opening your orders to handing over the parcels.
- Log in to the Flipkart Seller Hub on a computer and open the orders section.
- Open the new orders that are waiting to be processed and select the ones you can ship today.
- Generate the labels for the selected orders. The Seller Hub may ask you to confirm some order details before it makes the label.
- Download the label PDF for those orders. You get one PDF with a page for every order, each page carrying the label and the invoice.
- Save the PDF, then crop and sort it with the free Flipkart label crop tool if you print on 4x6 thermal labels.
- Pack each order, stick its label, mark the orders ready to dispatch in the Seller Hub and hand them over at pickup.
What is on the Flipkart label and invoice page
A Flipkart label page carries the shipping label and the tax invoice together.
- Shipping label: the courier block (for example E-Kart Logistics), the AWB number, the order ID starting with OD and the delivery address.
- Tax invoice: printed on the same page as the label.
- One order per page, in the order of your orders, so products are mixed.
How to get the Flipkart invoice
You get the Flipkart invoice in the same PDF as the label, so once the label PDF is downloaded you already have the invoice for every order in it. What you do next depends on what you need the invoice for.

Flipkart label download problems and fixes
Most Flipkart label download problems are about the order stage or the browser.
- There is no label to download: the label has not been generated for that order yet. Process the order first.
- The download does not start: allow pop-ups and downloads for the Seller Hub in your browser, or try another browser.
- Some orders are missing from the PDF: they were not selected, or they are in a different order stage. Check each order list.
- An order was cancelled after the label was printed: do not hand that parcel over. Check for cancellations before pickup.
- The PDF you have is already cropped: you can still upload it to the tool to sort the labels. It sees there is no invoice and does not cut the label again.
Checklist before you hand over Flipkart parcels
Before the pickup, make sure the labels, the parcels and the Seller Hub all agree.
- Count the labels against the orders you processed.
- Match the product with the order before sealing the parcel.
- Keep the barcode flat and clean so it scans at pickup.
- Mark the orders ready to dispatch in the Seller Hub.
- Keep the original PDF of the day in a dated folder for your records.
